Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026.
Governing consultation intake, booking agreements, rescheduling, and evaluation policies.
1. Nature of the Platform
This platform operates strictly as a coordination, intake, and dispatch service. We connect clients with independent, accredited polygraph examiners across Canada. By using this service, you acknowledge that the actual examination is conducted by an independent professional assigned to your case.
2. Retainer Policy ($200 CAD)
To secure an appointment date and facility, a non-refundable retainer of $200 CAD is required.
This deposit compensates the examiner for preliminary case review, protocol preparation, and reserving the examination suite. The $200 CAD retainer is fully credited toward the total cost of the examination.
3. Rescheduling Terms
We understand that emergencies arise. Clients may reschedule their appointment without forfeiting their retainer, provided they give a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled examination time. Failure to provide adequate notice or a "no-show" will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Voluntary Informed Consent
Polygraph testing in Canada is strictly voluntary. No examination will commence until the examinee has personally signed a Voluntary Informed Consent form on-site with the examiner. The examinee retains the right to terminate the examination at any time.
5. Complimentary Retest Policy
In the rare event that physiological charts do not permit a definitive conclusion (an "Inconclusive" result), the examinee is entitled to one complimentary retest. This policy applies strictly provided that the examinee adhered to all pre-test instructions and did not attempt to employ physical or mental countermeasures during the session.
6. Code of Conduct & Safety
To ensure the integrity of the process, examinees must arrive sober and clear-headed. Any indication of alcohol or drug intoxication, aggression, threats, or attempts to bribe the examiner will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The final polygraph report represents the forensic psychophysiological assessment rendered by an independent expert examiner. The platform and its coordinators assume no liability for any legal, employment, or personal decisions made by the client or third parties based on the outcome of the report.
