Privacy Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026.
Governing our data collection protocols, confidentiality standards, and secure records management.

1. Scope & Compliance

This Privacy Policy applies to the operations of our booking and coordination platform. We are committed to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of your personal information. Our privacy practices are designed to comply strictly with the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Where applicable to provincial operations, our protocols also adhere to the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (BC PIPA), the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (Alberta PIPA), and Quebec's Law 25 regarding the protection of personal data.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit an inquiry through our secure web forms, we collect only the necessary information required to evaluate your request and coordinate scheduling. This includes:

  • Your full legal name
  • Contact email address and phone number
  • A brief description of your situation or testing requirements

Critical Note: Our website architecture does not process, transmit, or store raw physiological biometric charts or final polygraph reports on our web servers. All such data is handled locally and securely by your designated examiner.

3. Dispatch Routing Authorization

"We operate as a booking and coordination platform. By submitting your inquiry, you explicitly authorize our dispatch coordinators to share your submitted contact details solely with the designated accredited examiner assigned to your case for the exclusive purpose of scheduling and administering your examination."

This authorization ensures that a qualified, locally available polygraph expert can evaluate your case facts and contact you directly to conduct the pre-test interview.

4. Data Protection & Secure Destruction

We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification. Email correspondence and form submissions utilize industry-standard encryption protocols.

Confidential intake documentation is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the coordination service. Once your appointment is successfully dispatched and completed, preliminary intake records are securely destroyed in accordance with our data retention schedules.

5. No Sale or Commercial Transfer

Your privacy is our utmost priority. We strictly prohibit the sale, rental, or commercial transfer of any personal client data. We will never share your information with third-party marketers, advertisers, or any external entities outside of our certified examiner network without your explicit, court-ordered, or legally mandated consent.
